Washington, DC — Yours Truly DC, Vignette Collection has opened in the city’s Dupont Circle. The hotel represents the debut of the Vignette Collection brand, operated by IHG, in the Americas. The 355-room property has two dining outlets, a barber shop, a gym offering daily workouts and 15,000 square feet of meeting space. Guests receive special offers from nearby businesses, including a spa and a florist.

Sacramento — The 128-room Hyatt House Sacramento/Midtown has opened in a historic building. Guestrooms are designed to mimic studio apartments, with kitchens in 87 units. Amenities include free breakfast and WiFi, restaurant and bar, 24/7 fitness center, guest laundry, business center and 700 square feet of meeting space.
 
St. Louis — The Pennywell St. Louis Downtown, a Hilton Hotel, has opened in a historic bank building near the America’s Center Convention Complex. The 195-room property offers a restaurant and bar, fitness center, co-working spaces and 5,113 square feet of event space.

York, Pa. — The Yorktowne Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, has opened in the heart of the city’s downtown, with 123 guest rooms and 27 long-term stay suites. The hotel has more than 10,000 square feet of meeting space, a restaurant and a fitness center.

Montevideo, Uruguay — The 85-room Selina Montevideo has opened, the brand’s 68th location in South America. The property features a variety of common areas, including a restaurant, theater, communal kitchen and co-working spaces. Accommodations range from community rooms to apartments.
