Madison, Miss. – Courtyard by Marriott Jackson Madison has opened with 125 rooms. Upon arrival, guests can store bags on the "Luggage Drop" and plug personal devices into the "Tech Drop" ledge for seamless technology integration. Rooms feature a light desk on wheels, allowing guests to work from anywhere in the room. The lobby Bistro offers breakfast and dinner items, grab and go options and beverages. There is a business library, outdoor pool, fitness center and 650 square feet of meeting space.
Perth – The 206-room DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge has opened, the brand’s first western Australia property. Located 10 minutes from the Central Business District, the hotel has an outdoor pool, 24-hour fitness center and meeting space for up to 160 guests. The executive lounge offers free breakfast and evening refreshments. There is also an on-property restaurant.
Austin – Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown has opened with 150 suites. The hotel offers a combination of studio and one-bedroom accommodations, featuring full kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas. Amenities include free breakfast, evening social on weekends, complimentary WiFi and 884 square feet of meeting space.
Vienna – The MAXX by Steigenberger hotel has opened with 195 rooms near the Margaretengürtel underground station. The property features a restaurant and bar, conference area, spa and gym. All rooms have free WiFi, minibars, and flat-screen TVs with cable channels. Room service, espresso makers and hair dryers are among the other amenities available to guests.
Element Detroit at the Metropolitan has opened, the debut for the brand in Michigan. Situated in a 92-year-old building, the property has 110 studio and one-bedroom units. The hotel has a rooftop bar and patio and more than 5,000 square feet of meeting space. It features free breakfast, a 24/7 fitness center, complimentary bikes and a reception hour where guests enjoy complimentary beverages and appetizers.
Savannah – The 90-room Tru by Hilton Savannah Midtown has opened. Rooms features mobile desks, large bathrooms and 55-inch TV’s. Amenities include free breakfast, a large lobby for relaxing and working, a 24/7 market, “super-fast” WiFi, lobby tablets and a fitness center.
