New York – Renaissance New York Chelsea Hotel has opened with 341 rooms in a 39-story building. The hotel will offer an Italian restaurant, several bars, a rooftop pool and 7,326 square feet of event space. There will be suites with 14-foot high ceilings on the fourth and 36th floors.
Norco, Calif. – The 122-room WoodSpring Suites Riverside-Corona-Norco has opened, offering easy access to Ontario airport and nearby cities. The 122-room hotel offers multiple suite layouts; expanded lobby with a coffee station; free WiFi and parking; 24-hour fitness center; and guest laundry room.
Brussels – Hotel Indigo Brussels-City in Place Charles Rogier has opened with 284 rooms. Each room offers a working corner with complimentary water, coffee machine, smart TV, high-speed Internet and “spa-inspired” bathroom. The hotel has a restaurant described as “eco-friendly.” Because of its location near the Botanical Gardens, the property features botanic-inspired themes throughout, including self-sustaining Pika Plant Jars, which are airtight terrariums.

Fort Lauderdale – Le Méridien Dania Beach at Fort Lauderdale Airport has opened with 245 rooms. The hotel features 25,000 square feet of meeting space minutes from Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport. Amenities include a large fitness center, a full-sized pool, a Club Lounge with views of the airport and several food and beverage outlets.
