Tierra Verde, Fla. — The 95-suite Residence Inn by Marriott St. Petersburg Tierra Verde has opened nine miles from downtown St. Petersburg. The property has a rooftop restaurant, free breakfast and WiFi, 24-hour market and onsite guest laundry room. There are one- and two-bedroom suites, each with a work desk, ergonomic chair and full kitchen.
Bogotá — Radisson Bogotá Metrotel has opened in the city’s financial district. The 337-room property offers fitness and business centers, spa, and free parking and WiFi. There is an onsite restaurant and bar, and meeting space for up to 450 people.
Portland, Ore. – Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center has opened with 600 rooms steps from the convention center. The MAX Light Rail is directly outside the hotel, offering easy transportation to downtown and the airport. Each room has a 65-inch TV in an interconnected space. Amenities include a fitness center and a Regency Club Lounge. There are 18 meeting rooms ranging from 110 to 1,400 square feet, as well as several ballrooms. There are also three restaurants.
