Dubai — The 173-room Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai has opened, marking the brand’s debut in the Middle East. The property has several restaurants and bars, meeting space for up to 85 guests, an outdoor pool, a spa and a 24-hour gym. There is also a dedicated private beach area.
St. Louis — AC Hotel St. Louis Central West End has opened with 192 rooms. It offers a fitness center, small meeting space, a restaurant, a bar and free WiFi. Rooms feature spacious workspaces, coffee makers, smart refrigerators and 55-inch smart TVs. Each guest floor has a hydration station equipped with glass carafes and purified water.
Atlanta — The 201-room Thompson Buckhead has opened with a private membership rooftop club called Tesserae scheduled to open early next year. Amenities include a rooftop pool, a restaurant and extensive meeting space that includes a ballroom. Rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows.
Harrisonburg, Va. —The 119-room Hyatt Place Harrisonburg has opened. It offers a restaurant and bar, free breakfast and WiFi, a fitness center, an indoor heated pool and electric vehicle charging stations.
Shenzhen, China — The Home2Suites by Hilton Shenzhen Bao’an has opened in the Bao’an district of the city with convenient access to major transportation hubs. This is the first location for the brand in the Asia-Pacific region. The property offers free breakfast and WiFi; Home2 MKT for grab-and-go food and essentials; Spin2 Cycle combined fitness center and laundry; and the Oasis social space for working and relaxing.
Manchester, England — Moxy Manchester City has opened with 146 rooms. It features a bar and a social atrium space. Rooms offer TVs with streaming entertainment, workspaces and walk-in showers.
