The 102-room property has a fourth-floor lobby that is home to a kitchen and bar with an elevated outdoor dining patio. Downey, Calif. — SpringHill Suites by Marriott has opened with 140 suites 18 miles from Los Angeles International Airport. Rooms feature separate living, working and sleeping spaces, as well as microwaves, mini-fridges, coffeemakers and flat-screen TVs with the latest technology. Amenities include free WiFi and breakfast, outdoor pool and pool deck on the second floor, fitness center, bar, 24-hour market and over 2,800 square feet of event space.

Montreal — The dual-branded Courtyard and Residence Inn by Marriott Montreal Midtown has opened with a total of 274 rooms, over 2,500 square feet of meeting space, indoor pool, fitness center, indoor parking and electric car charging stations. The Courtyard offers free WiFi and a lobby that features the Bistro, with snacks and drinks served all day. The Residence Inn has studio, one- and two-bedroom suites designed for stays of five nights or more. Each suite has a full kitchen. Amenities include free breakfast and WiFi, 24-hour market and onsite laundry room.

Minneapolis — The 121-room Cambria Hotel Minneapolis Downtown has opened in the city’s Gateway District a short drive from the Minneapolis Convention Center. It features multi-purpose indoor spaces for work or relaxation, onsite dining with freshly made food and beverages, meeting and event spaces and a fitness center.

Washington D.C. — The 203-room Morrow Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton has opened in the NoMa district with almost 12,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a 4,900-square-foot outdoor veranda. The property features four food and beverage venues, including an open rooftop bar and terrace.
