Hawthorne, Calif. – A combined 133-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott and 221-room Courtyard by Marriott has opened four miles from Los Angeles International Airport and 12 miles from downtown. The hotels share a fitness center, a basketball court, an outdoor swimming pool and a patio with three fire pits and a barbecue area. Each brand will offer an expanded lobby and meeting space. Also, multiple Tesla charging stations will be provided in the parking lot.

Seattle – The 154-room Graduate Seattle has opened in the University District. The property has a café and a rooftop restaurant and bar. There is more than 5,000 square feet of meeting and event space for groups of up to 160.

East Ridge, Tenn. – The 88-room Hampton by Hilton has opened as part of the 50-acre Jordan Crossing development that will include over 300,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and hotels. Features include an outdoor pool, a fitness facility and a business center.

Moscow – Radisson Blu Olympiyskiy Hotel has opened near the city’s historic center with 381 rooms, including 75 suites. Features include a 4,520-square-foot conference room, underground parking, a restaurant and a bar.

Shanghai – InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland has opened, the 200th hotel for the brand worldwide. The property is built into the side of an abandoned quarry. The hotel is mostly underground with two floors above ground and 16 below, including two floors underwater. There are 336 rooms, with all rooms on the bottom floor provided with round-the-clock butler service.

Farroupilha, Brazil – The 98-room Holiday Inn Express Farroupilha hotel has opened in Brazil's southern region of Serra Gaúcha. The hotel is integrated into Casa Perlage, a new commercial complex that includes a convention center, restaurants and parking. The hotel is 20 minutes from Caxias Do Sul Airport. It offers a 24-hour fitness center, a business center with three meeting rooms, complimentary breakfast and IHG Connect high-speed WiFi for IHG Rewards Club members.
