Chicago — The dual-branded Voco Chicago Downtown and Holiday Inn Chicago Downtown-Wolf Point has opened; this is the first dual-branded Voco hotel and Holiday Inn property. Located in a former H oliday Inn that has undergone extensive renovations, the hotels are directly attached to the Merchandise Mart. They share event spaces and a restaurant on the 15th floor. Rooms in the Voco offer Nespresso coffee makers, reusable glass bottles and ergonomic workstations. Amenities include a heated indoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center. The Voco has nearly 25,000 square feet of meeting space.

New York — The Grayson Hotel has opened as part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand. Located near Bryant Park and Fifth Avenue, the 296-room property has a 24-hour fitness center, and several bars and restaurants.

Arlington, Texas — The Aloft Dallas Arlington has opened 15 miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and 25 miles from Dallas Love Field. Rooms feature 10-foot ceilings, free high-speed WiFi and large screen HDTVs. The property has a bar, 24-hour fitness center, a large backyard with a splash pool and 750 square feet of meeting space.

Naperville, Ill. — Tru by Hilton Naperville Chicago has opened, the first for the brand in Illinois. The 121-room hotel is located near downtown. It features a breakfast bar, fitness center, heated indoor pool and light meals and beverages at the Eat. & Sip. 24/7 retail market.

Ellensburg, Wash. — The 76-room TownePlace Suites by Marriott Ellensburg has opened near Central Washington University. Rooms feature fully equipped kitchens with stoves, microwaves, refrigerators and dishwashers. There is a large indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center and an outdoor area with seating and gas grills. The hotel also offers free breakfast, laundry facilities and meeting space.
