Vaughan, Ont. – The 100-room Four Points by Sheraton Vaughan has opened within driving distance of downtown Toronto and about 12 miles from Toronto Pearson International Airport. It features a 24-hour fitness center, free WiFi and the brand’s Best Brews & BBQ dining program.

Denver – Hyatt Place Peña Station/Denver Airport has opened a stop away from Denver International Airport on the RTD University of Colorado A-line train. The 226-room property offers top-floor suites, free WiFi, breakfast bar, The Market serving freshly prepared meals any time of day or night, a full-service Starbucks, a bar, a fitness center and pool, and 4,000 square feet of meeting space.

Albany, N.Y. – A combined 130-room Courtyard by Marriott and 85-suite Residence Inn by Marriott has opened a mile from Albany International Airport and 15 minutes from downtown. They share an indoor pool, fitness center and 675 square feet of meeting space. The courtyard offers the Refreshing Business lobby, which provides media pods, free WiFi, a variety of seating zones and the Bistro offering casual dining and beverages. The Residence Inn has studio and one-bedroom suites, each with a full kitchen. Amenities include free breakfast and WiFi, grocery delivery service, 24-hour market and onsite laundry room.

Managua, Nicaragua – The 147-room DoubleTree by Hilton Managua has opened in the Villa Fontana area of the country’s capital. Rooms feature 50-inch LCD TV’s, spacious bathrooms and kitchenettes with microwaves. Amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center, restaurant and bar, a 24/7 market and more than 6,000 square feet of event space.

Mississauga, Ont. – Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto Mississauga has opened with 315 rooms in the city center. It features free WiFi, fitness center and indoor pool. There is a Starbucks and a restaurant.

Dubai – Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Canal View has opened within what is called the largest waterfront development in the world. The 206-room property offers a fitness center, pool, spa, several restaurants and bars, a ballroom and extensive meeting space.

Madison, S.D. – The 70-room Best Western Plus Lakeview has opened. Features include a heated indoor pool, fitness center, free breakfast and WiFi and a boardroom. Each room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, microwave, coffee maker and mini-fridge. There is a business center with complimentary faxing, printing and scanning.

Chicago – The Royal Sonesta Chicago Riverfront has opened with 334 rooms and 26 suites in the middle of the city. It features 18 meeting areas with 16,000 square feet of space overlooking the skyline. Guests have access to 24/7 business and fitness centers.

Sunnyvale, Calif. – Hilton Garden Inn Sunnyvale has opened near the headquarters of Silicon Valley’s leading technology firms. The 238-room property features a restaurant and lounge, free WiFi, 24-hour business center, fitness center and a 24-hour Pavilion Pantry Market. Rooms offer work desks with ergonomic desk chair and an in-room “hospitality center” with a mini-fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker.
