Avondale, Ariz. — Home2 Suites by Hilton Phoenix Avondale has opened 20 minutes from Phoenix Airport Sky Harbor and 25 minutes to downtown Phoenix. The property has partnered with Scottsdale-based SunRenu to power the hotel almost completely through solar energy. The hotel also installed five electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in its parking lot. The all-suite accommodations feature full kitchens and modular furniture. Amenities include free WiFi and breakfast, Spin2 Cycle combined laundry and fitness area, Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items and an outdoor pool.
Copenhagen — NH Collection Copenhagen has opened in a historic building. The 394-room property offers two restaurants, a bar, seven meeting rooms for up to 252 people, direct access to the waterfront and fitness facilities.
London — The 340-room Canopy by Hilton London City has opened within the Minories development in the East End close to Aldgate station. Amenities include a restaurant, café, event space, free bikes and a 24-hour fitness center.
Wuxi, China — Radisson Collection Hotel, Wuxi, has opened a 20-minute drive from Sunan Shuofang International Airport and 15 minutes from Wuxi Railway Station. The city is about 100 miles from Shanghai, with a direct connection by bullet train. The 318 rooms offer Nespresso coffee machines, working areas and fast WiFi. Barcelona — InterContinental Barcelona has opened in the heart of the Montjuïc district, located southwest of the city. The 273-room property has three restaurants and bars, a spa and 32,300 square feet of meeting space.
