
Buenos Aires – The Buenos Aires Marriott Hotel has opened. Rooms feature high-speed Wi-Fi, HDTV’s and mobile check-in and checkout. The hotel has a lobby bar, restaurant and a second bar. A 24-hour gym provides a panoramic view of the city.
Tokyo – Kimpton Shinjuku Tokyo has opened with 151 rooms. It features a nightly social hour with complimentary wines and snacks; several restaurants and lounges; and four meeting rooms with total capacity of over 500.
Toronto – Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown has opened, the first for the brand in Canada. Originally the Radisson Admiral Toronto-Harborfront, the 157-room property underwent an extensive renovation. Amenities include a 24-hour grab-and-go market, a lounge and more than 12,000 square feet of meeting space. A restaurant will open in 2021.
St. Julian’s, Malta – Hyatt Regency Malta has opened in this seaside town less than 20 minutes from the international airport and from the capital of Valletta. The 151-room property offers high-speed Wi-Fi; a gym; 1,571 square feet of meeting space; and three restaurants.

Fuzhou, China – The 318-room Fuzhou Marriott Hotel Riverside has opened in this capital city of Fujian province, a five-minute walk from the Fuzhou Digital China Convention and Exhibition Center. Rooms feature an “intelligent welcome system” that turns on the lights and television and opens the curtains when guests enter the room. There are several restaurants and bars, 18,837 square feet of meeting space, an indoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center.
