Located on Fifth Avenue between Pike Place Market and Union Street, the property is within walking distance of the Seattle Convention Center and is also near the light rail to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. All rooms have vestibules, and premier rooms offer a small living room with a couch or plush chair.

London — The 142-room Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment has opened along the Thames River and a five-minute walk from Westminster. On the 14th floor, a range of executive suites offer king-size bedrooms, spacious, modern bathrooms, and relaxing lounge areas, accompanied by a private balcony with views of the city. The hotel offers several restaurants and 15,273 square feet of meeting space.

Berlin — The 505-room JW Marriott Hotel Berlin has opened; it had been the Hotel Berlin Central District. The property offers eight dining outlets and more than 48 event spaces with 67,705 square feet of meeting space. Amenities include a large spa with a pool, and two fitness centers.

Cairns, Australia — The 75-room Mercure Cairns has opened two blocks from the Esplanade and a short walk from the convention center. The hotel has a ground-floor restaurant.
