LATAM Airlines Brazil will fly from Boston to São Paulo beginning July 2. The flight will depart Boston on Mondays, Wednesday, Thursdays and Saturdays and return from São Paulo on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The route will operate on Boeing 767 aircraft with a capacity for 191 Economy passengers and 30 Premium Business passengers. The new flight, according to an announcement, maintains the strategy of investing in sustainable markets with connectivity to and from multiple regions of South America. Pablo Chiozza, LATAM’s senior vice president, North America, the Caribbean and Asia, said São Paulo is a vital point for strengthening the network between the US and South America. As the most frequented hub in the region, he said, “it allows LATAM to offer more destinations for travelers to discover, whether the trip be for business or pleasure.”
