JetBlue announced that it will begin flying to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport from New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport in the summer of 2023 and will later add nonstop service between Boston Logan International Airport and Charles de Gaulle. Seats will go on sale in the coming months.
Robin Hayes, CEO, said the response to the carrier’s London service “is proof that combining great service with low fares works.” He added, “We can’t wait to bring our reimagined Mint and core offerings to Continental Europe’s most visited city.”
JetBlue says it has reinvented its inflight experience for transatlantic flying. With 114 core seats – including 24 Even More Space Seats – customers, according to the announcement, “enjoy a boutique-style experience no matter where they sit.”
The A321LR used for the transatlantic flights feature new extra-large overhead bins, and all customers regardless of fare type may bring one carry on, space permitting, and one personal item.
