Traditionally, according to Hubli, venue sourcing has been a very manual and offline process, with planners and venues resorting to email and phone to try to facilitate the booking. According to the company, Venue Connect, via its API technology, will now allow venues to connect directly to hotel in-house PMS (property management systems), allowing them to selectively distribute live availability and increase automation when responding to higher value RFP's.
With over 200,000 spaces and advanced enterprise policy and ESG (environmental social and corporate governance) technology, according to an announcement, Hubli has seen a tripling in corporate clients in 2023, including their first Fortune 10 client.

Ciaran Delaney, CEO, said the new tool will help venues reduce time and effort when handling bookings while making it even faster for TMC’ s and corporate clients to find the spaces they need. It has been extremely well received by Hubli’s hotel and venue network, he said, adding that Hubli is already building connections into a number of global hotel chains.
