Hilton announced a cleanliness program geared to events called EventReady with CleanStay. CleanStay was the company’s previously launched cleanliness program aimed at pandemic issues. The key tenets of EventReady with CleanStay include: cleanliness protocols, addressing every touch point of a meeting experience including guest and meeting rooms, sanitizing stations and a room checklist; book-to-billing flexibility to provide flexible pricing, space options and contract terms, simplified agreements for small meetings and an EventReady Playbook with guidance on matters like hybrid meetings; and safe and socially responsible solutions, with Hilton team members partnering with clients to achieve meeting objectives while addressing health and environmental concerns such as social distancing. Chris Nassetta, CEO, said, EventReady “delivers innovative solutions for the entire event experience – from flexibility in planning and physical distancing protocols to transparency in cleanliness policies and inspiring catering options.”
