FCM, the travel management company, is growing its footprint in the Middle East and Africa after signing a partnership agreement with Hari Om Travels in Senegal. The addition of the West African country to the FCM network reflects the company’s focus on strategic growth and extends its operations to 30 markets across the region. Ciarán Kelly, FCM’s managing director of Middle East and Africa, said the decision to expand operations into Senegal was driven by customer needs, while recognizing the considerable business development opportunities the country offers. He said that not only is the company seeing increasing demand from existing customers traveling to Senegal, but prospects across the wider region are increasingly expressing strong interest for international TMC support as well. Established in 2009, Hari Om Travels is a regional travel provider delivering 24/7 support to its business travel clients. The Dakar office serves the leisure and corporate travel needs of national and multinational businesses primarily within the oil, petrochemical and construction industries.
