Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car have secured the top three spots in the annual J.D. Power 2017 North American Rental Car Satisfaction study. This is the sixth year in a row these brands have secured the top three spots in the study. Enterprise Holdings, Inc. owns all three brands. The study surveyed business and leisure travelers who rented vehicles at North American airports. The Enterprise brand ranked highest and excelled in five factors: costs and fees, pick-up process, rental car, return process and reservation process. Christine Taylor, COO of Enterprise Holdings, said that since the company acquired National and Alamo 10 years ago, total revenues and fleet size have doubled. “We have also grown our share of the US airport business 10 percentage points,” said Taylor.
