Corporate loyalty program eases policy on minimum spending and traveler levels >>

Delta Air Lines is waiving its SkyBonus minimum spending and traveler requirements for certain accounts for 2020. Points and certificates set to expire this year were also granted extensions. The corporate awards program functions separately from SkyMiles and points can be redeemed for award travel, upgrades, elite status, drink tickets and more. In an email to program participants, Delta said current SkyBonus members are exempt from the requirement of spending at least $5,000 each calendar year across a minimum of five travelers. In addition, newly enrolled companies are not subject to spend and unique traveler program eligibility requirements for the first year and Delta is extending this for an additional year for new customers that signed up in 2019. Companies that signed up for SkyBonus in 2019 or 2020 will remain active until Dec. 31, 2021.
