ConferenceDirect, a meetings management platform, is partnering with Reposite, which, according to an announcement, is a planning tool that fuels supplier discovery and streamlines communications, saving associates’ time.

Reposite’s platform, said the announcement, simplifies workflow by providing complimentary tools to create RFP’s, run tailored supplier searches, request custom quotes, and build proposals all from one centralized workspace.

Larry Hanson, chief marketing and sustainability officer for ConferenceDirect, said the affiliation will allow the company to get more quotes for its customers and drive additional cost savings.

Reposite, according to the announcement, offers a one-stop shop for sourcing venues, restaurants, transportation, entertainment, logistics, activities and more. The platform, said the announcement, replaces lengthy Google searches with a curated supplier selection, enhancing productivity through centralized communication, quotes, proposals and payments. Its RFP tool delivers tailored supplier proposals within 24 to 48 hours, catering to meetings, incentives and events of any scale and providing the efficiency of multiple tools in a single platform.

ConferenceDirect has over 450 associates who manage over 13,000 meetings, conferences and events for more than 4,400 customers.
