BCD Travel has launched Connect, a digital engagement platform for BCD customers. Connect, according to the announcement, provides a community environment that fosters program value and collaboration between BCD and its customers. In addition to community-inspired discussion groups, Connect serves as a single destination for program best practices, product updates and case studies, proprietary research, industry trends, support, account details and more. Yannis Karmis, senior vice president of product planning and innovation, said Connect will give customers a dynamic digital environment in which to interact with BCD program optimization and technology experts and peers with shared interests. It will also provide information and guidance on products and solutions. Connect is already available to early adopters and will be gradually rolled out to all clients in BCD’s wholly owned markets in the next few weeks.
