American Airlines’ Five Star Service is being expanded to four more airports. It is now available at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Nashville International Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey. It will also be available at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport beginning Aug. 9. The additions mean the service will be available at 16 domestic airports and four international ones. The personalized service costs $350 for the first person, $100 for each additional adult and $50 for each child. It gives travelers with a ticket in any premium cabin access to Flagship First check-in with expedited security screening and The Admirals Club lounge. Other perks include an escort to the gate, priority boarding and re-accommodation status as well as car service coordination. The carrier said the service is aimed at personalizing the journey in the growing and competitive business, tech and entertainment markets.
