Serko, a travel and expense management company, has launched its Zeno platform in the Canadian market. Zeno features innovative user interfaces for desktop and mobile as part of its travel booking and expense solution for managed travel programs of any size. The application allows travel category managers to gain actionable insights from bookings, drive cost savings and maintain control while, according to the announcement, “providing the first truly new user experience to travelers in over a decade.” For travel management company partners, Zeno offers advanced technology that uses artificial intelligence to continually improve the user experience. The company’s interface helps increase adoption of the tool, which reduces “rogue” bookings made outside the managed travel program. Also, in a first for the North American market, Zeno is offering New Distribution Capability integration with Air Canada, bringing functionality such as personalized seat selection into a corporate online booking tool for the first time.
