Campbell Lodging, a division of Dallas-based Campbell Travel geared to workforce lodging, has named Mary Szafarski and Missy Smith as national sales managers. The two, according to an announcement, further position Campbell Travel to expand its workforce lodging division, which was renamed Campbell Lodging earlier this month; it had been Innovative Lodging Concepts. The division uses technology to provide companies with the ability to seamlessly book and pay for large crew travel and lodging. Szafarski brings more than 25 years of experience to Campbell Lodging, having spent the bulk of her career with Accor Hotels and G6. Smith joins Campbell Lodging with more than six years of experience in sales and a background in advertising and executive marketing management.
Lotte Hotels Corporation has named Jim Petrus as CEO of Lotte Hotels and Resorts Americas. He is a 30- plus-year industry leader who has held senior roles in Blackstone/BRE Hotels and Resorts, Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Hyatt Hotels. A Korean-based company, Lotte has hotels in New York and Seattle, with plans to open more than 20 hotels over the next five years in the Americas.
Radisson Hotel Group Americas has named Tom Buoy as executive vice president and chief commercial officer; and Michael Fischer as chief human resources officer. Buoy most recently served as CEO of his own consulting business and has also worked at Extended Stay America, Morgans Hotel Group and Accor. Fischer served previously as chief human resources officer for White Lodging. He has also worked for Loews Hotels and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
