Flight Centre Travel Group announced that Tom Walley will become global managing director of Corporate Traveller, a small and medium-sized businesses specialist with more than 1,500 team members serving over 16,000 customers globally. He joined the company more than 20 years ago and has worked across its corporate and leisure divisions in both the UK and Australia, primarily in management roles. Walley will retain his current position as general manager for Corporate Traveller in Australia.


BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) has named Charlene Rabideau as managing director, North America. She has more than 25 years of experience in the industry, including 17 with BCD M&E. She has worked across multiple sectors including event management, incentives, strategic meetings management, global client management and sports marketing. Most recently, Rabideau was senior vice president for NORAM Meetings Management.


Accor has named Sarah Derry as CEO Accor Pacific. She is currently senior vice president - talent and culture. Derry joined Accor in 2017 after having owned and operated her own business for over 10 years. She has close to 30 years of hospitality experience working for international hotel companies.


Corinthia Hotels has appointed Alexandra Pisani as the general manager of the Corinthia Palace in Malta. The daughter of Corinthia Group founder, Alfred Pisani, Ms. Pisani has held senior roles at international five-star properties including the group’s flagship Corinthia London. Most recently, she had been Corinthia Palace’s Hotel Manager, overseeing the property’s operations, strategic planning and guiding its upcoming projects.
