Carlson Hotels named Andrew Skobe vice president and CFO. He will be responsible for the company’s finance, accounting, tax and insurance. Skobe previously served as executive vice president and CFO of Croscill Home, a portfolio of private equity-owned companies. Prior to that, he worked as CFO of Westpoint Home, a portfolio company of Icahn Enterprises. Skobe received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from Boston University.

Christopherson Business Travel has named Nathan McClellan as vice president of operations. Most recently, McClellan was director of operations at Wayfair.com. Prior to that, he was vice president of process excellence and customer experience at American Express Global Business Travel. Christopherson, headquartered in Salt Lake City, is a TMC with 40 offices across the U.S. It is an affiliate of BCD Travel.

Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) has named Mark Gorgon as vice president, U.K. and Europe. In his new role, he will assist meeting professionals, association executives, incentive specialists and business executives throughout Europe who are interesting in conducting meetings, conventions and/or incentive programs at any of ALHI’s member hotels or resorts. Gorgon will be based in London, where ALHI opened its first Europe office in March. Prior to joining ALHI, Gorgon served for six years as director, global sales, meetings & incentives for Fairmont Raffles Hotels International, now a part of AccorHotels. He has also worked for Concorde Hotels & Resorts; and for WorldHotels.

Rosewood Hotel Group has appointed Patricia Rosentreter as corporate director of brand communications, Americas & Europe. She will be implementing public relations and marketing strategies for the brand while guiding existing communications in those markets. Rosentreter comes to Rosewood with 17 years of public relations and marketing experience, including a 12-year tenure at The Peninsula Hotels, where she served as regional director of communications in the US. She has also held various positions at public relations agencies including Weber Shandwick Worldwide and Murphy O’Brien.
