Omni Hotels & Resorts has announced that CEO Jim Caldwell has also assumed the role of company president, effective immediately. In his newly combined role as CEO and president. Caldwell has served as CEO for the last 13 years, as well as president of TRT Holdings, Inc., a privately-owned, diversified holding company.

TRT Holdings purchased Omni Hotels & Resorts in 1996 when Caldwell was named president, a role he held until 2004 when he was named CEO. From 1991 to 1996, Caldwell acted as vice president and general counsel for TRT Holdings as well as president of its real estate and management subsidiaries.

JetBlue has made several appointments to its leadership team. Warren Christie has been named senior vice president, safety, security and air operations. Christie, who has almost 30 years of aviation experience, joined JetBlue in 2003, and most recently served as senior vice president, safety, security and training.

Glenn Cusano has been appointed senior vice president, finance and treasury. Cusano joined JetBlue in 2003 and held several finance positions. In 2014, he was named vice president, operational planning and analysis.

Ian Deason has been promoted to senior vice president, airports experience. He joined JetBlue in 2006 and has held several commercial and operational roles, most recently as vice president, airports experience.

Marc Esposito has been named to the expanded role of vice president, crew and values relations. Esposito has been with the company since 2014 as vice president, values relations.

Tracy Lawlor is the vice president, strategy and business development. She joined the airline in 2001 and has held a number of financial roles, including most recently as vice president, financial planning and analysis.

Rachel McCarthy has been promoted to senior vice president, talent and learning. She has been with the company since 2009 and most recently was vice president, talent.

Mike Parkinson has been appointed vice president, airports focus cities. He has 37 years of airport operational experience with Northwest Airlines and JetBlue.

Lisa Reifer has been appointed vice president, infrastructure, properties and development. She joined JetBlue in 2004 as corporate real estate counsel and has been director, commercial development and strategy since 2014.

New Castle Hotels & Resort has announced that Julian Buffam has joined the company's acquisitions and development team as director of business development. Buffam most recently was an investment analyst with HEI Hotels and Resorts, and previously, held a position as project manager with HVS.
