Bespoke Hotels, which call itself the UK’s largest independent hotel group, has appointed Richard Grove as its new COO. Grove has been with the company since 2015, most recently as general manager of the Bespoke-run Chester Grosvenor in Chester, England. . Other prior roles have included senior general manager at the Cranage Hall in Cranage, England; and the Palace Hotel in Manchester. He also previously managed the Marriott Victoria & Albert hotel in Manchester. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving the financial performance of the existing hotel portfolio as well as securing new management opportunities for the group. He will also provide leadership to the regional operations, sales and marketing, revenue and distribution, and human resources teams.
