London — The Peninsula London, the first British hotel for the brand, has opened between Hyde Park Corner and Wellington Arch. The 190-room property offers suites that start at 538 square feet and include mahogany-paneled dressing rooms and customized fittings crafted by British artisans; many have floor-to-ceiling windows with views over Wellington Arch and Belgravia. There are six restaurants, bars and lounges, a spa and a wellness center. Amenities include fully flexible check-in and checkout and PenChat (a 24-hour digital concierge).

London — The 199-room BoTree hotel has opened at the nexus of the Marylebone, Mayfair and Soho neighborhoods; it is a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts. The property features “floor hosts” who are on hand 24/7 to provide services for guests. The hotel has several bars and restaurants. Soon to come are an event space, a private bar and a wellness center.

Geelong, Australia — The 180-room Holiday Inn & Suites Geelong has opened as part of a $200 million mixed-use development, Geelong Quarter. It offers all-day dining, meeting space for up to 110 people, free WiFi and a heated indoor pool and gym. The brand’s signature Open Lobby combines the reception area, restaurant, lounge and business center into one open, collaborative space.

Singapore — Aloft Singapore Novena has opened, the first for the brand in the country. The 781-room property, located a 10-minute drive from the central business district, has a number of restaurants and bars, free WIFI, indoor and outdoor gyms, and five meeting spaces.

Seoul — DoubleTree by Hilton Seoul Pangyo has opened, the first for the brand in the country. The dual-building complex comprises 432 hotel rooms and residences. Amenities include a restaurant, meeting and event facilities, an indoor pool, a 24-hour fitness center, a driving range, a tennis court and a sauna.

Munich —
The 398-room Munich Marriott Hotel City West has opened in the Westend district of Munich. It features four dining concepts, a roof terrace, Greatroom Lobby, M Club, gym and 20 meeting spaces with over 26,000 square feet of meeting space. M Club is a lounge for elite Marriott Bonvoy members and guests of higher room categories. The Greatroom Lobby is an open-plan design for relaxation, working and socializing.
