Boston – The 297-room Hyatt Place Boston/Seaport District has opened steps from the city’s harbor waterfront. The hotel features free WiFi and breakfast, lobby bar, The Market for freshly prepared meals any time of day or night, 12th floor guest lounge and patio, fitness center and 6,724 square feet of meeting space.

Tampa – The Hotel Haya has opened in the Ybor City neighborhood, inspired by the district’s history as the former cigar capital of the world through its design, food and atmosphere. The property features a restaurant, lounge and pool bar; multiple meeting spaces, including a 4,000 square-foot ballroom; and a courtyard pool.

Lanzhou, China – Hyatt Regency Lanzhou has opened with 300 rooms. Each unit features a Nespresso coffee machine and a 55-inch LCD TV. Amenities include a Regency Club Lounge on the 16th floor; three restaurants and a lounge; 16,145 square feet of meeting space; and two floors of wellness facilities, including a pool and gym.
