Boston — Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport has opened with 1,054 rooms, including 52 suites, within two 22-story guestroom towers. Located across the street from the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, the property offers seven dining venues, a spa, large fitness center and 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space.
Dunwoody, Ga. — AC Hotel Atlanta Perimeter has opened with 156 rooms in the Perimeter Center of the city, a short drive from downtown Atlanta. The property’s AC Lounge is a communal multiuse space at the center of the hotel. Other amenities include a restaurant, rooftop bar, free WiFi, a fitness center and 1,041 square feet of event space.
Brussels — The 354-room DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City has opened minutes from Brussels Grand Place and near the Gare du Nord with a direct train line to Brussels International Airport. The property features 17 conference rooms with 21,500 square feet of space. It also offers a restaurant, free WiFi and a fitness center.
Jakarta — The Langham Jakarta has opened in a 65-story building within the complex of District 8 at SCBD (Sudirman Central Business District) and close to the city’s financial center. The 223-room property offers a Langham Club lounge on the 59th floor, offering complimentary food and beverage, a library and private arrival and departure facilities with dedicated butlers. There are several restaurants, a spa, a fitness center and more than 22,000 square feet of meeting space.
Madrid — Canopy by Hilton Madrid Castellana, the first for the brand in Spain, has opened in the city’s financial district. The 314-room property has several restaurants, 12 meeting rooms and a pool terrace with views of Madrid’s rooftops and skyline.
Fort Myers, Fla. — The 121-suite Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Myers Airport has opened. The hotel offers complimentary WiFi and breakfast, a fitness center, heated outdoor pool and the Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items.
Tysons, Va. — The 178-room Archer Hotel Tysons has opened right near the McLean Silver Line Metro Station and nine miles from Washington, D.C. The property offers over 17,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. Amenities include free WiFi, in-room Nespresso machines and mini-fridges, a restaurant and a shop offering snacks and sundries.
