New York — Motto by Hilton Times Square has opened with 400 rooms; this is the second location for the brand in the city. The hotel offers “cleverly compact” rooms with mobile-operated temperature and lighting and built-in storage. Other amenities are free WiFi and a fitness center.

New York — Voco Fiorello - LaGuardia East has opened in the Flushing neighborhood of Queens, minutes from LaGuardia Airport, Citi Field and the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center; Voco is an IHG brand. The 114-room hotel features free WiFi, a Nespresso machine in every room, a restaurant and bar, and EV charging stations.

Monterrey, Mexico — The 206-room Galería Plaza Monterrey has opened in the city’s financial area. A member of Preferred Hotels and Resorts, the hotel features a gym, outdoor pool, business center, restaurant, bar, terrace for events and 24-hour room service.

Cape Town, South Africa — Pullman Cape Town City Centre has opened in the Triangle House, a 30-story building offering views of a nearby mountain, the ocean and the city. There are several dining options, an outdoor pool and seven meeting spaces for small and large events.

Washington, DC — The Royal Sonesta Washington, DC Capitol Hill has opened with 274 rooms, averaging 480 square feet each. Amenities include a large fitness center and private yoga studio, filtered water stations and EV charging stations. The property has extensive meeting space, including a 2,400 square-foot conference center. There is a restaurant and bar.

Ho Chi Minh City — Novotel Living Saigon South has opened with 175 rooms and apartments near the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center. The property features a restaurant, fitness center, sauna and steam bath, and laundry. Rooms offer a working desk, free WiFi and a kitchenette. The apartments feature full kitchens. There are three function rooms.
