Adelaide, Australia — The Adelaide Marriott Hotel has opened; it is the 600th property for Marriott in the Asia-Pacific region, excluding China. The 285-room hotel has a central location overlooking Victoria Square. The property offers a fitness center, meeting space and free WiFi.
Portland, Ore. — Extended Stay America Premier Suites Portland North has opened a short distance from Portland International Airport and a half-mile from the Tri-Met Delta Park Rail Station. The 146-room property features free WiFi and breakfast, fitness center and guest laundry.
Nusantara, Indonesia — Swissôtel Nusantara has opened in Indonesia’s new capital; it is located near the Presidential Palace and government districts. The 191-room property offers multiple pools, a gym and a spa. There are several dining outlets and meeting facilities for up to 190 attendees.
Fort Worth, Texas — Le Méridien Fort Worth Downtown opened in the former Texas Annex Building. The 188-room property has a restaurant, a fitness center, a rooftop pool and nearly 5,000 feet of event space. Le Méridien’s Hub on the first floor transforms to offer signature programs such as “Le Scoop,” which offers sweet treats; and “La Vie: Rosé + Petit Plates” in the evening, featuring cocktails and shareable bites.
