The property features smaller, efficiently designed rooms with mobile desks, large bathrooms and extensive in-room entertainment. Amenities include free breakfast, a fitness center, a large lobby in which to work, play or eat and a 24/7 market. There is free fast WiFi, remote printing, a social media wall, lobby tablets and accessibility to outlets everywhere.

Aarhus, Denmark – The 100-room Zleep Hotel Aarhus North has opened with a Scandinavian-style lobby bar and fitness facilities. It is a short walk from the light rail station, which provides access to the city center. There is free WiFi and parking, as well as a bar and lounge.

Dar es Salaam, Tanzania – Four Points by Sheraton Dar es Salaam, New Africa Hotel has opened in a building that was the official residence of Kaiser Wilhelm II in 1896. Located at the heart of the central business district, the 174-room property offers all-day dining, a coffee shop, a lounge and free WiFi and breakfast. There is also an outdoor pool, a fitness center and 1,000 square feet of meeting space.
