Houston – The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston has opened with 250 rooms – each over 500 square feet – and several VIP suites. The hotel, located in a 38-story tower, has four restaurants and bars on the first floor, a boutique, a 16,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom with a private entrance and a 5,000-square-foot Presidential Suite.
Louisville – Omni Louisville Hotel, which the operator calls the tallest hotel in the city, has opened with 612 rooms. The 30-story property features a 20,000-square-foot urban market and food hall, a “speakeasy” with a bowling alley, a spa, multiple restaurants and bars and 70,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel is near the Kentucky International Convention Center.

Eugene, Ore. – EVEN Hotel Eugene has opened near downtown Eugene. The hotel, with 100 rooms and two suites, offers 1,061 square feet of meeting space and a heated indoor pool. There is a restaurant for breakfast and dinner, a 24/7 marketplace, a gym, in-room fitness equipment and free WiFi.

Austin – Fairmont Austin has opened with 1,048 rooms, five restaurants and bars, an outdoor pool and spa, fitness center and nearly 140,000 square feet of event space. The hotel offers direct access to the Austin Convention Center via the Red River Canopy Walk. Fairmont Gold, the brand’s club product, features 131 rooms and suites on the 32nd through 35th floors with private check-in and checkout, free breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres and a dedicated concierge team.

Dallas – The Cambria Hotel Downtown Dallas has opened in an 87-year-old building in the Central Business District. The property features 1,500 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center, a full-service restaurant and bar, and grab-and-go food and beverage.
