Openings in Las Vegas, Muscat, Oman; Tunis; Cartagena, Colombia; Marrakech, Morocco; Tampa and Munich

Las Vegas – Tru by Hilton Las Vegas Airport has opened, the westernmost property so far for the new brand. The 166-room property is also the largest Tru by Hilton to date. The hotel, which offers 24-hour complimentary shuttle service to McCarran International Airport, features a large lobby with substantial public space for work, play and dining; complimentary breakfast; rooms with 55-inch TV’s; a 24/7 Eat & Sip market in the lobby; free WiFi and a fitness center.
Muscat, Oman – The 296-room Crowne Plaza Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre has opened 10 minutes from the New Muscat International Airport and is part of the convention and exhibition center project, which offers a total of 237,000 square feet of exhibition space. The hotel features two pools, a large fitness zone, three large meeting rooms and an independent function center, which includes a ballroom with a terrace. There are five dining options, including Thai and Belgian restaurants.
Tunis – The 203-room Four Seasons Hotel Tunis has opened near the city. The hotel offers a 5,920-square-foot Presidential Suite with a private pool; and three Mediterranean Suites, each with a large living and dining area, private office and terrace. There are 35 suites in all. Five dining options include Mediterranean and seafood restaurants. Amenities include a spa, an indoor-outdoor lap pool and a fitness center. The hotel has 16,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.
Cartagena, Colombia – Conrad Cartagena, the brand’s first hotel in Colombia and third in Latin America, has opened with 109 rooms and suites. It will add an additional 159 rooms in early 2018. There are seven food and beverage outlets, including a signature fusion restaurant, pizzeria and Cartagena street food restaurant. Located 20 minutes from Rafael Nunez International Airport, the property has more than 24,000 square feet of event space, including a 9,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom. There are five pools, an 18-hole golf course and a large spa.
Marrakech, Morocco – Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech has opened near the city with 114 rooms, including five presidential suites, one penthouse suite and 10 Prince Villas. It has an 18-hole golf course, four restaurant and lounge options, a pool and a spa. The property is a 10-minute drive from Menara Airport.
Tampa – WoodSpring Suites Tampa Brandon has opened with 122 suites in three different layouts, all with full kitchens. It has free WiFi, a guest laundry, a large lobby and a fitness center.
Munich – Roomers Munich, part of the Autograph Collection from Marriott, has opened with 281 rooms. Each room has a Bang & Olufsen sound system, Nespresso machine, Apple TV and Android Miracast (allowing streaming from personal devices). The hotel has an Asian restaurant, a bar and a spa.
