Mexico City — The Andaz Mexico City will open in December, the first urban Andaz property in Mexico and the second for the brand in the country. Located in the Condesa neighborhood, the 213-room property will offer a 17th-floor rooftop pool, a spa, fitness center, several bars and restaurants and 12,674 square feet of meeting space. The hotel is a 25-minute drive from the downtown historic center.

Georgetown, Ky. — A dual-branded Red Roof Inn and HomeTowne Studios - Georgetown has opened with a combined 85 rooms, including 51 standard rooms and 34 extended-stay suites. The Red Roof Inn features free high-speed WiFi and flat-screen TVs. Suites at HomeTowne Studios have expanded storage, kitchenettes with full refrigerators and weekly housekeeping.

Nashville — The dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites Nashville West End has opened, providing larger and enhanced communal areas and amenities than would be standard at a standalone property. The Hilton Garden Inn has 103 rooms, while the Home2 Suites has 69 suites. Shared amenities include the front desk and lobby, 24-hour fitness center, outdoor pool, rooftop terrace and outdoor seating areas. The property has 1,941 square feet of meeting space.

Washington DC — Pendry Washington DC - The Wharf has opened along The Wharf, a mile-long waterfront destination set on the Potomac River. It features 131 rooms, three restaurant and bar outlets, a fitness center and 7,500 square feet of event space.

Guadalajara, Mexico — IHG Hotels & Resorts has opened two hotels in the city – the 118-room Candlewood Suites Guadalajara Galerias and the 124-room Avid Hotel Guadalajara Av. Vallarta Poniente. The Candlewood Suites, located near Plaza Galerias, has a pool, gym and laundry. All suites have a full kitchen and separate spaces for rest and work. The Avid Hotel offers a fitness center; spaces for breakfast, relaxation and co-working; a small market; underground parking; and a complimentary grab-and-go breakfast.
