Vienna — Hotel Motto has opened with 83 rooms and eight suites in a historic building that has housed hotels for over three centuries. Amenities include a restaurant and bar, fitness center and “recreation zone” with saunas and steam rooms.
Jingdezhen, China — The 152-room Hyatt Place Jingdezhen Taoxichuan has opened a 15- to 25-minute drive from the Northern High Railway Station and Luojia Airport. The hotel offers free WiFi and breakfast, The Market serving fresh prepared meals anytime, a bar, a fitness center and a small event space.
Silver Spring, Md. — DoubleTree by Hilton Silver Spring DC North has opened blocks from the Silver Spring Metrorail Station in what was formerly the Sheraton Silver Spring. The 229 rooms feature 50-inch HDTVs. Amenities include 14,235 square feet of meeting space, free standard WiFi, business and fitness center and a restaurant.
Cambridge, UK — The 150-room Hyatt Centric Cambridge has opened. It offers four dining options, including a restaurant, a bar, a coffee shop and a rooftop terrace; two meeting rooms for up to 30 people; and a fitness center.
Dubai — The 298-room St. Regis Downtown, Dubai has opened. All rooms feature butler service. There are several restaurants and bars, a fitness center and a spa. A ballroom will open next March.
