It is set just beside the Georgia International Convention Center and a few steps from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s ATL Sky Train. Waco, Texas – Hyatt Place Waco-South has opened, offering free WiFi, 24-hour food service and a heated indoor pool. Located five miles from downtown, the 96-room hotel also features a breakfast bar; The Market, serving freshly prepared meals any time of day or night; a bar; a fitness center; and 745 square feet of event space.

Lima, Peru – Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores Hotel has opened in the capital’s Miraflores neighborhood. The 200-room property has a restaurant and lounge, business center, outdoor pool on the eighth floor, 24-hour fitness center and more than 3,000 square feet of meeting space.

East Brunswick, N.J. – The SureStay Hotel by Best Western East Brunswick has opened with 104 rooms, all with flat-screen TV’s, microwaves and mini-fridges. There are fitness and business centers, and free WiFi and breakfast.
New York – Radisson Hotel New York Times Square has opened with 320 rooms. Each room features free WiFi, room service and a mini-fridge. Amenities include fitness and business centers and complimentary tea and coffee. There is a 12-person boardroom and a seasonable rooftop bar with views of the Empire State Building.

Bogotá, Colombia – DoubleTree by Hilton Bogotá Salitre AR has opened with 199 rooms in the Salitre district, near the Corferias Convention Center and Agora Convention Center. Rooms are equipped with 55-inch LCD TV’s. There is a 24-hour fitness center, executive lounge, a spa, a restaurant and more than 11,000 square feet of meeting space.

San Jose, Calif. – The 165-room Hyatt House San Jose Airport (SJC) has opened adjacent to the Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport and less than 35 miles from San Francisco International Airport. It is five miles from downtown San Jose. Amenities include free WiFi, an Outdoor Commons with a fire pit and barbecue grill, free breakfast, 24-hour grab-and-go market, fitness room, guest laundry, free shuttle to the airport and to companies within a three-mile radius, and more than 1,800 square feet of meeting space.
