ITP International Travel Partnership, a travel management consortium, announced that Fly High Agency Limited in Kenya has joined the ITP International Travel Partnership Global Network. Fly High Agency Limited is the company’s second partner in Kenya, according to an announcement, “bringing additional options to this rapidly developing market.” Fly High Agency Limited has been operating since 2014, serving a broad range of clients from its headquarters in Nairobi. According to an announcement, Fly High Agency Limited focused on corporate travel but is also an expert in MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions), events, group, NGO, charity, oil and gas and other sectors. Richard Lovelock, ITP’s CEO, said Fly High Agency Limited will complement ITP’s existing position in Kenya and add strength to its presence in other African markets. As a region, he said, Africa is pivotal to its network and customers in the corporate, charity, NGO, oil and gas sectors. Fly High Agency Limited, he said, is “a modern and well-equipped corporate agent with a young and well-trained team of travel specialists.”
Catherine Mwikali, managing director of Fly High Agency Limited, said that being well established in the local market, the company “has been looking for opportunities to get to a new level and keep up with top TMCs.” ITP, she said, is a dynamically developing partnership, which was attractive because of its internal culture, its approach to selecting partners and its core idea — “locally managed, globally supported.” Being part of the ITP network, she said, allows her company to share experiences and best practices with partners worldwide, and to implement new technologies and tools to serve clients (both local and multinational) even more efficiently and effectively.
