HRS, the corporate lodging platform, has signed a five-year extension of its SAP Concur partnership. SAP Concur provides integrated travel, expense and invoice management solutions. As part of the arrangement, SAP Concur clients can access HRS’s lodging-as-a-service platform. That includes: a more streamlined, multi-source hotel booking option that includes HRS’s Rate Filter technology, which eliminates squatter and other erroneous rates. It also delivers HRS’s AI-powered Recommendation Engine that is aimed at driving compliance with travel policy. Other offerings include: HRS’s rebooking solution, which seeks out post-initial booking savings; universal enablement of hotel loyalty programs for travelers; and an end-to end solution that runs from procurement and booking to payment and invoice collection “without data friction.” Tobias Ragge, CEO of HRS, said the company is combining efficiencies and savings with seamless technology “all enhanced to support the revised duty-of-care guidelines companies have implemented in the wake of COVID-19.”
