Corporate housing company says it is responding to growing demand for temporary furnished apartments in Bay Area
by: BTE
Furnished Quarters, a corporate housing company, has opened an office in San Francisco and added new corporate housing inventory in the area to its offerings. Steve Brown, CEO, said Furnished Quarters has already been assisting clients with accommodations in the San Francisco market so it was a “natural progression” to open an office there. According to a company announcement, Furnished Quarters assessed key cities with strong demand for temporary furnished apartments in the US and overseas and, based on client demand, chose to open the San Francisco location. The company currently operates dozens of San Francisco apartments and expects to be running 100 short-term apartments in the Bay Area by May 1. The new office will be headed by Tyler Smittle, who had been general manager, northern California, at Aboda Global Housing Management.
