Serko Limited, the online travel booking and expense management provider, announced that Frosch, a major travel management company, has signed an agreement to become a premier reseller of Zeno. The Zeno platform delivers client-centric results built around a consumer-friendly interface and an AI-driven recommendation engine that will integrate with Frosch’s proprietary technology to enable bookings that are personalized to the traveler and to corporate policy. Bryan Leibman, Frosch’s CEO, said the company is committed to partnering with innovative and leading technology companies and continuing to grow and invest in its own proprietary technologies to remain at the forefront of the industry. This remains paramount, he said, “as we lead our clients into post pandemic travel. We are pleased to add Zeno to our portfolio of client offerings as our path remains to be flexible and to customize to our client needs across our global platform.”

Frosch customers, according to an announcement, will immediately be able to take advantage of Zeno features to deliver tools that:

Safer: Rich data and workflows to ensure that health and well-being standards are met, including dynamic trip authorization, custom policy configurations to restrict high-risk travel, consolidated traveler tracking, airline health-related measures, and hotel health and hygiene data.

Leaner: Sourcing and displaying content that goes well beyond other Online Booking Tools (OBTs) by pulling in options from suppliers directly, as well as from NDC, GDS and multiple hotel content aggregators. Travelers and bookers can review flights, including ancillary content, accommodation and transport details the same way they appear on supplier websites, to help make more informed travel decisions on the spot.

Smarter: Zeno learns traveler preferences and recommends tailored end-to-end itineraries, with a user-friendly, intuitive interface and conversational booking flow.
