The platform provides users with a single global interface for sourcing small, simple, and recurring meetings. To provide the most relevant local content, Meetings Express is supported by third-party technology providers in different regions. Users can work with these providers – Groupize in North America, in the United Kingdom, Bizmeeting in France, Meetago in Germany and iVvy in Australia – directly through this single interface. Each has been vetted to ensure they combine the right hotels, venues and meeting spaces with the best possible user experience. “Client demand for service in the small, simple meetings segment is significant, yet until now no one has addressed it globally,” said Issa Jouaneh, senior vice president and general manager, American Express Meetings & Events.
