Amadeus is expanding its New Distribution Capability partnership with United Airlines by developing, testing and bringing to market new content offerings. Among those will be the carrier’s new corporate bundles and dynamic bundled fares. The new products will allow customers to customize their travel on United with such amenities as Premier Access, checked bags, United Club access and more, bundled together with customer reservations at what the airline says is a discounted price. United has been an active member of Amadeus’ NDC [X] program for more than a year. Tye Radcliffe, director of distribution at United, said that by collaborating with Amadeus, the airline is able to explore technology standards, like NDC, that will help differentiate its offerings and “provide a shopping experience that customers want.”
