Alaska Airlines is planning to resume its full schedule of 18 daily nonstop departures at Paine Field-Snohomish County Airport by spring 2022, possibly earlier. The airport is in Everett,  Washington, north of Seattle. As part of the resumption, the carrier will have 13 daily departures at Paine Field by later this fall as more destinations are brought back, flight frequencies are increased and a new route to Tucson is added. Brett Catlin, vice president of network and alliances, said passengers “love the convenience of the airport.”  On June 17, the carrier will fly to five destinations from Everett: Las Vegas, Orange County, Phoenix, San Diego and San Francisco. On Sept. 8, the airport will see daily departures to Boise and Spokane; on Oct. 7, seasonal flights to Palm Springs will begin; and on Nov. 19, a new service to Tucson will launch. Horizon Air provides the all-jet service from Paine Field with Embraer 175 aircraft featuring First Class and Premium Class seating with no middle seats.
