Addis Ababa – The 188-room Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa has opened in the city center, the first Hyatt hotel in Ethiopia. Features include six dining outlets, a Regency Club lounge, a 2,530-square-foot fitness center and 18,300 square feet of meeting space.
Fort Worth – The 81-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Southwest at Cityview has opened. Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, free WiFi and breakfast, and 450 square feet of meeting space. Guestrooms feature a modern lounge chair, mobile desk, couch, refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave.
Yukon, Okla. – The 82-room Sleep Inn & Suites Yukon has opened, a short drive from Oklahoma City and the Oklahoma City Airport. The property features free WiFi and breakfast buffet, a pool and a fitness center.
Kuwait – Hyatt Regency Al Kout Mall has opened, the first for the brand in Kuwait. Located in the oil and gas district, the property is 25 miles from Kuwait International Airport. There are 200 rooms, more than half of them suites. The hotel has an Italian restaurant, a lounge, a rooftop club, 25,833 square feet of meeting space and a 24-hour fitness center
Indio, Calif. – The 110-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott has opened in the heart of the Coachella Valley. Each room provides the latest in-room entertainment technology, allowing guests to access their Hulu and Netflix accounts, as well as YouTube through the large HDTV. Rooms also feature a refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave. Additional hotel amenities include an outdoor pool, a fitness center, valet laundry service, complimentary WiFi and breakfast, and 707 square feet of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 47 people.
Hangzhou, China – The 388-room Grand Hyatt Hangzhou has opened within walking distance of the city’s main business, shopping and entertainment hub. It offers a Grand Club Lounge, which provides access to a rooftop terrace. The hotel has seven dining venues, a spa with an 82-foot-long heated pool, fitness center and 35,520 square feet of meeting space.
